    About the Role:

    The ideal candidate will manage websites, paid search, social media, lead generation, and overall campaign management, ensuring alignment with brand goals. This includes managing websites, developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, analyzing customer insights, trends, and market data, content development, and ensuring seamless integration of social media channels, email marketing, and CRM systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to achieve brand goals.
    • Manage websites, paid search, social media, lead generation, and overall campaign management.
    • Analyze customer insights, trends, and market data to inform marketing decisions.
    • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
    • Ensure seamless integration of social media channels, email marketing, and CRM systems.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
    • Lead the digital marketing team and communicate marketing strategies and results to senior leaders.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or similar field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Lookerstudio, and CRM systems.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Demonstrable experience with social media strategy, SEO best practices, and lead generation.

    KPI's:

    • Revenue Generation: Direct revenue growth from digital channels.
    • Website Traffic & Conversion: Track visitor numbers, new vs. returning visitors, and conversion rates.
    • Cost Efficiency: Monitor CPA and optimize spending to enhance ROI.

    • Customer Satisfaction: Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide improvements.
