Description

Seeking a responsible, mature young lady with strong administration skills and experience to be a
Personal Assistant to an international hospitality and tourism training consultant.

Excellent Microsoft skills and an ability to research and collate information are essential, as are time management, work prioritisation and handling pressure.


Experience or a qualification in the Hospitality field is a strong advantage.
Additional duties include some oversight and logĂ­stical arrangements for 2 teenage girls, household management and running errands. A driver's licence is therefore essential.

Language skills:

due to the nature of research, writing and the home language of the family involved, English first language is preferable, although Afrikaans with excellent English skills is also most acceptable.

Overnight and weekend time is also required as part of the position as per the consultant's international travel schedule.

This is a live-in position; accommodation in a small apartment is provided as part of the larger remuneration package. This position is available from 1 March 2024.


Salary:
R8 500,00 per month
