Our company is seeking to employ an energetic, result driven Junior Finance Assistant to join the team.


Responsibilities:


  • Debtors/creditors
  • Review monthly creditors
  • Manage the debtors clerk
  • Review Debtors clerk & Petty cash
  • Pastel
  • Balance loan accounts and investment accounts
  • Cashbook
  • Budget control sheets on Excel
  • VAT returns
  • Full bookkeeping to trail balance on Pastel Partner
  • BEE documents
  • Reconciliations
  • Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Journals
  • Strong Debtors
  • Salary
  • Import and Export Accounting

Requirements:


  • Proficient in MS Office, must be highly computer literate
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Similar position
  • Minimum 2 years Pastel experience
  • Minimum 2 years Pivot table experience
  • Applicable qualification in Finance/Accounting
- ability to work under pressure

  • Hard working and selfmotivated
Salary depending on experience.
