Description
Supervise team to ensure housekeeping standards are consistently maintained- Actively contribute to achieve daily production targets
- Supervise and manage subordinates to follow all company mandated safety and housekeeping rules and regulations and consistently meet all departmental objectives
- To form sound and informed opinions and make sensible decisions, think productively and act under pressure
- Consistently enforce safety procedures and practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Sound knowledge of company code of conduct and the ability to maintain a respectful and professional image at all times
- Ability to lead a team and manage people
- Minimum requirement for education is Grade 12 with Mathematics
- A Minimum of 2 years of work experience with crane operation and training and the ability to read, write and communicate in English, is a minimum requirement
- Work experience in a rubber processing environment would be preferable/beneficial
