- Develop and lead the store team by identifying training needs, emphasizing talent management, and succession planning.
- Recruit, manage, and administer employee performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement customer experience processes, including business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, customer feedback, and general housekeeping.
- Ensure overall compliance by conducting regular checks through defined processes.
- Identify and propose new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide feedback on in-store product performance to support centre teams, contributing to sales improvement.
- Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales performance increase, and store expenditure monitoring based on sales and profitability reports.
- Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns, ensuring effective stock management.
- Maintain the stockroom's upkeep to meet housekeeping standards.
- Manage stock levels through defined processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Lead the store team to achieve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational strategy, aligning with company values.
