Our client is seeking an energetic and enterprising Store Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the store's day-to-day operations, with a focus on surpassing sales targets, fostering innovative initiatives, and elevating customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the store team by identifying training needs, emphasizing talent management, and succession planning.
• Recruit, manage, and administer employee performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement customer experience processes, including business instruction letters, markdowns, repricing, promotions, visual standards, customer feedback, and general housekeeping.
• Ensure overall compliance by conducting regular checks through defined processes.
• Identify and propose new opportunities to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.
• Provide feedback on in-store product performance to support centre teams, contributing to sales improvement.
• Collaborate with management on operational action plans, sales performance increase, and store expenditure monitoring based on sales and profitability reports.
• Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns, ensuring effective stock management.
• Maintain the stockroom's upkeep to meet housekeeping standards.
• Manage stock levels through defined processes to mitigate risks and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Lead the store team to achieve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational strategy, aligning with company values.

Minimum Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Store Management role.
