Job Summary

3 years experience in a short term insurance industry. Ability to manage stakeholders (personal lines, homeowners insurance). First call resolution, claims approval within mandate, service provider appointment and engagement, complaint resolution.

To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of claims management activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.
