  • Receive calls and log breakdowns on the system, follow through to ensure attendance to the matter by technicians.
  • Keep work orders uptodate on the system, ensuring that all activities are logged and tracked
  • Manage travel arrangements for technicians, ensuring that they can reach site as required
  • Liaise with customers to keep them uptodate on the progress of repairs and responding to any queries they may have
  • Coordination of technicians to ensure they travel to the correct sites and can complete jobs in a time efficient manner.
  • Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs and requesting order numbers as necessary.
  • Manage transport arrangements for spares
  • Process part requisitions
  • Performs physical stock take of After Sales storeroom and managing stock levels
  • Generate quotes, invoices, and work orders, distribute as required
  • Generate monthly reports on breakdowns
  • Capturing and filing of job cards as well as other filing and Data capture as required in the department.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures for the department
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Matric, preferably a tertiary qualification
  • Experience working with ERP or Accounting systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
  • Good organizational, time management and planning skills.
  • Accountable, assertive, and selfmotivated.
  • Reliable and a self starter.
  • Punctuality and good telephone etiquette
  • 5 years experience
  • Ability to multitask, organise and prioritize work.
  • Problem-Solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to produce accurate results even whilst under pressure.
