    Senior Sales Representative / Sales Manager Opportunity

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Representative / Sales Manager to join our team at Ultra Personnel, a leading manufacturer and supplier of earthmoving machinery. The ideal candidate will have extensive product knowledge of earthmoving, construction, and industrial equipment, as well as a proven track record in selling excavators, wheel loaders, and dozers into the South African market.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
    2. Deep understanding of the yellow metal market in South Africa and ability to analyze CONMESA data
    3. Extensive knowledge of the industry and customer requirements and expectations
    4. Sales experience with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building
    5. Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive business growth and meet sales targets
    6. Ability to multitask, think critically, and prioritize effectively
    7. Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    9. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a price-sensitive market

    Key Performance Indicators

    1. Sales performance: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    2. Customer satisfaction: Build strong relationships with existing and new customers
    3. Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date with competitor products, service offerings, and activities
    4. Business development: Identify and establish new business opportunities

    Working Environment
