    Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintain cleanliness of the store and work areas
    • Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are met
    • Dispose of waste properly and assist with general cleaning tasks

    Requirements:

    • No experience required – training will be provided
    • Must be detail-oriented and hardworking
    • Willingness to work shifts and weekends

    Role 1: Sales Assistant

    • Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries
    • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Grade 10 or higher qualification
    • Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage

    Role 2: Cashier

    • Process cash and card transactions accurately
    • Ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers
    • Handle cash safely and maintain correct balances
    • Basic math and computer skills
    • Grade 10 or higher qualification
    • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends

    Role 3: Administrative Assistant

    • Assist with administrative tasks and office management
    • Organize documents and maintain records
    • Answer calls and assist with staff queries
    • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus)
    • Good organizational and communication skills
    • Grade 10 or higher qualification

    Role 4: Marketing Specialist

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns
    • Manage social media and promotional materials
    • Increase customer engagement and brand awareness
    • Experience in marketing, social media, or advertising
    • Strong creativity and analytical skills
    • Grade 12 or marketing-related qualification preferred
