    A well known Automotive client is looking to appoint a Sales Analyst for their Sandton plant.

    Type of Position:

    To leverage analytical expertise through reporting and data insights in sales and marketing to optimize strategies, planning, identify and implement growth opportunities to drive Turnover generation in the Planning and Pricing department of ONE. Aftersales.

    Job Description and Responsibilities:

    • Support to Planning and Pricing Department
    • Collation of ONE. Aftetrsales information
    • Administration of Parts Target Letters to Dealers for sign-off
    • Championing the ONE. Aftersales KPI dashboard
    • Analyze complex datasets to extract valuable insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
    • Extracting data patterns
    • Daily Report completion, compiling ONE. Aftersales KPI's and issuing daily on time to management.
    • Updating the Dealer Performance Report on I-partner
    • Monitoring and Reporting National Dealer Performance, Dealer order pattern adherence.
    • Admin co-ordination of the bottom performing Dealers in the Parts review process
    • Compilation of Cross Functional and Dealer Review Presentations
    • Co-ordination and management of external suppliers
    • Develop surveys for Parts & Service Managers and pro-actively assess areas needing improvements in the Dealer Network
    • Report on the Parts rankings for Golden circle and silver arrows
    • Reporting Dealer trends to the Planning and Pricing Supervisor and ONE. Aftersales Field Force highlighting any out-of-line performance.

    Education and Experience:

    • Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing with Data analysis and Statistics experience.
    • 3 years' experience in Aftersales, parts and service.

    Skills, Attributes & Other requirements

    • Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
    • Sound understanding of financial principles.
    • Have the ability to form sound working relationships.
    • Well organized and advanced planning skills.

    PREFERRED:

    • Have the ability to operate independently.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Analytical ability and attention to details.
    • Be a self- starter and a team player.
    • Must have the ability to think innovatively and improve processes.
