    Operations Consultant

    We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Consultant to join our team in Cape Town.

    The purpose of this role is to ensure the highest standard of service is maintained through building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately process all incoming or pending instructions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
    • Manage new business transactions, including opening new investment accounts, with precision and attention to detail.
    • Provide clients and financial advisers with unparalleled client service through effective call and email communications.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date record-keeping on internal systems for all interactions with clients and advisers.
    • Stay knowledgeable about various legislative requirements related to insurance, finance, and investment products.

    Requirements:

    • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
    • Solid understanding of Life Insurance, including Pension Funds and Unit Trusts.
    • Some experience in a similar role as a Volunteer or Intern.
    • Strong focus on client satisfaction, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Intermediate level computer literacy skills in Microsoft Word or Excel.
