We are looking for reliable and self-driven
Debt Collector agent to join our team.

Debt Collector requirements:
- Matric required.
- 2 years of experience as debt collector.
- Knowledge of credit bureaus and listings processes.
- Must have complete knowledge of Excalibur, Legalsuite and understands, laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures to collections process.
- Experience in capturing queries and giving feedback to debtors.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure settlement of outstanding debts in the shortest time possible.
- Selfmotivated, driven with a competitive nature and strong mental attitude.
- Data capturing, processing and workload prioritization essential.
- Ability to manage pressure, targets and tight deadlines.
- Impeccable work ethic and great interpersonal and communication skills.
Debt Collector duties and responsibilities
- Keep tracking outstanding debts.
- Plan course of action to recover owed money.
- Locate and contact debtors.
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
- Handle customers' and debtor questions or complaints.
- Update account status and database regularly.
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
Salary:
Market related.
