PROCESS AND OPERATIONAL ABILITY
Responsibility for effectively managing streamlined, efficient & cost effective day to day running of your portfolio.

Detail orientated - logical, efficient, highly organised, automatic checking (eye for error spotting).

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, set workflow priorities follow through without being prompted.


Application of systems to support the above: i)status reports

ii)checklists

generate and monitor timelines demonstrating a working knowledge of production across all media types

approach and fee proposal writing

implement remuneration system and monitor budget and accounts.

Contact reporting of any meeting.

Electronic filing to be kept up to date, systematically and labelled correctly.

Chase to be used to facilitate workflow.

viii)Drafting of cost estimates for client projects

Ensuring all billings are completed timeously by yourself and your team

Management of budget targets and stretched targets

Liaison with other agency partners and suppliers to streamline all disciplines within the projects.

Ensure all brand information is being kept up to date.

Build up knowledge and understanding of Client's products, competitor environment, measurement tools and business objectives. Regular audits, visits and knowledge sharing on these elements.

Effective use of agency resources and the systems implemented to optimise our offering, services and agile approach to our clients.

Demonstration of robust strategic debates internally, and externally.

Continuous communication to agency partners, upstream and/or downstream.

Clear and concise written and verbal communication. Including all briefs/templates being filled in correctly with accurate information and being submitted timeously, and project/timing plans.

Presentation/meeting management - implementation of professional and warm meeting protocol.

To ensure the presentation documentation and agendas are prepared meeting rooms are booked, refreshments and/or catering, make sure equipment is working, agendas and writing materials set out.

STRATEGIC & BUSINESS ACUMEN

Understanding of client strategic tools.

A thirst for information, research, facts and relevant market information relating to the brands, their competitors and consumers.


Continuous growth of strategic creative and design evaluation skills - evaluating creative output against agreed strategy and giving constructive feedback.

Understanding of all financial tools, reporting and targeting

Raising of cost estimates, respective PO's, and timeously billing.

Responsible cash flow management by use of the WIP and Debtors Ageing tools.

Good business acumen

A financial problem spotting and solving ability


  • Relevant marketing, advertising and or business qualification
  • No less than 7-10 years client service experience
  • FMCG brands' experience
