    Description

    Job Title: Office Manager and Administrator

    The successful candidate will be responsible for office management and administration, interacting with clients by managing relationships and providing client services.

    You will ensure the implementation of new business initiatives, marketing plans, and reception duties. Additionally, you will gather policy information, compile summaries, research product details, handle new applications and quotations, and resolve client enquiries.

    Your responsibilities will also include diary management for new and existing business cases, Wealth Adviser appointments, investment review preparations, CRM system maintenance, portfolio rebalancing, statement distribution, and administrative documentation management.

    You will build and maintain good working relationships, record transactions, adhere to Service Level agreement deadlines, manage policy renewals, and ensure FAIS Compliance.

    This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in both spoken and written English and Afrikaans. A background in the Financial Services industry is essential, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

    A RE5 qualification is mandatory, and computer literacy (MS Office) is required.

    Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum
