    Channel Sales Specialist Role

    Objective:

    Drive Franchise Channel growth by identifying strategic areas and supporting the organization in becoming a leader in Total Workspace solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Performance

    • Develop a growth strategy across the product stack to increase annuity revenue within the Franchise Channel network.
    • Discover new methods to expand revenue across the product portfolio.
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, budgets, and goals.
    • Enhance understanding of the product portfolio among the Franchise Channel.
    • Increase sales revenue from existing and new customers.
    • Support Franchise teams in customer-facing situations to improve product knowledge.
    • Assist Franchise teams at the customer level to secure deal closures.

    Profit Maximization

    • Ensure Franchises utilize all initiatives, drives, and systems to maximize benefits.
    • Analyze and grow profitability within assigned Franchise portfolios.
    • Evaluate the financial health of Franchise businesses.

    Relationship Building and Networking

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, Franchise Holders, customers, service providers, and OEMs.
    • Collaborate effectively with executives, sales, finance, marketing, product, HR, service delivery, IT, and project office teams.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Ability to work under pressure and balance risk with business decisions.
    • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
    • Self-driven, innovative, team-oriented, and motivated.

    Other Assignments

    • Perform any tasks assigned by the Head of Sales or Chief Sales Officer.
