    Sales Support

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team at {company}.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in Sales Proposals: Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations with the sales team.
    • Maintain Sales Records: Accurately record and report sales data via our CRM system.
    • Coordinate Customer Accounts: Work closely with the sales team to manage customer inquiries and accounts.

    Customer Service:

    • Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information.
    • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    • Prompt Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and feedback.

    Administrative Duties:

    • Schedule Meetings: Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel for the Technical Sales Director.
    • Office Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
    • Support Marketing: Assist in organizing promotional materials and supporting marketing efforts.

    Order Processing:

    • Manage Orders: Coordinate orders from receipt to delivery with warehouse and logistics teams.
    • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate processing of orders and maintain inventory levels with Warehouse teams.
    • Delivery Schedules: Monitor and track delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.

    Technical Support:

    • Technical Documentation: Assist the Technical Sales Director with technical documentation and product specifications.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of waterproofing/market related products and solutions.
    • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical information and support to customers as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Matric & certificate / Diploma in Business Administration or Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the construction or waterproofing industry.
    • Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
