    **Qualified Clinic Sister Job Description**

    **Summary:** Manage and operate a profitable Primary Health Care Clinic in a pharmacy, following industry regulations and best practices.

    **Responsibilities:**

    • Perform Clinic Sister duties according to industry regulations and best practices.

    • Manage the clinic to enhance patient experience, ensuring all services are available and patient details are accurately recorded.

    • Process claims accurately and timeously, and maintain stock and equipment in working condition.

    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and suppliers.

    **Competencies:**

    • Knowledge of community health nursing, primary health care, and occupational health nursing.

    • Strong analytical skills, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurial flair.

    • Ability to manage team and self, with strong time management skills.

    **Requirements:**

    • Grade 12 Matric, tertiary qualification in General Nursing, and registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).

    • 2-3 years experience in practicing as a Primary Health Care Clinic Sister.

    • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

    • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.

    **Working Conditions:**

    • Willingness to work retail hours and be physically fit and healthy.

    • South African citizen with clear credit and criminal records.

    **Remuneration and Benefits:**

    • Market-related salary, medical aid, and provident fund.
