Inherent Requirements
- Matric
- HR Diploma or Certificate or studying towards....
- Must have ROAD FREIGHT BARGAINING COUNCIL experience 35 years HR Generalist background with strong IR skills i.e. exposure to CCMA, disciplinaries, conflict resolution etc
- Some Payroll knowledge (to oversee payroll, i.e. collate payroll, will not handle the payroll function)
- Valid Code 8 licence
- NB: Willing and able to travel as an when required (KZN, Mossel Bay, S/West Cape, N/West)
- High energy level
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Assertive personality, but able to interact on all levels including at EXCO level
- Strong EQ level
