    Warranty and Contracts Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Matric certificate or higher qualification
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • A minimum of 5 years experience in contracts administration and warranty management
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Collaborative team player with a strong focus on supporting colleagues
    • Proactive and confident approach anticipating issues and requirements
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports

    Job Requirements and Specifications

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Highly organized with strong administrative skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
