CAREER OPPORTUNITY




POSITION:
Warehouse Admin Clerk - Fixed Term Contract


Duration: 6 Months

SITE:
Packex - KZN


PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent in this position will carry out various administration functions timeously and accurately on a daily basis.





REPORTING TO:
Warehouse Manager


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General site administration, including, but not limited to, HR admin (time and attendance data), data capturing and general filing.
  • Proof of delivery (POD) management and follow up if there are any discrepancies
  • Capturing of pallet return vouchers on a daily basis before submitting
  • Pallet slip management, ensuring slips match with daily reports
  • Ad hoc duties

KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive and selfmanaging.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Computer literate, particularly using MS Excel.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • Matric / grade 12 essential
  • 23 years' experience working in administration in a warehousing or factory environment will be advantageous.

  • Prospecton, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
