CAREER OPPORTUNITY
POSITION:
Warehouse Admin Clerk - Fixed Term Contract
Duration: 6 Months
SITE:
Packex - KZN
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent in this position will carry out various administration functions timeously and accurately on a daily basis.
REPORTING TO:
Warehouse Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- General site administration, including, but not limited to, HR admin (time and attendance data), data capturing and general filing.
- Proof of delivery (POD) management and follow up if there are any discrepancies
- Capturing of pallet return vouchers on a daily basis before submitting
- Pallet slip management, ensuring slips match with daily reports
- Ad hoc duties
KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive and selfmanaging.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Computer literate, particularly using MS Excel.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Matric / grade 12 essential
- 23 years' experience working in administration in a warehousing or factory environment will be advantageous.
