This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their administrative skills and work closely within the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities:

Manage the restaurant owner's schedule and calendar, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.

Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.

Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.

Maintain and update the restaurant's social media platforms.

Assist with event planning and organization.

Handle various personal errands and tasks as needed.


Requirements:

minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the hospitality industry

Excellent oral and written communication skills

ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

self-starter with a proactive mindset

ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times


Salary:
R6, R10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sunninghill, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 3 years (required)

- bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)

- accounting: 1 year (preferred)
