Shift Hours: 16:00 to 00:00


Days Off:
Two days during the week (mandatory weekend work)

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:


  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs.

Customer Support:


  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Sales (Hint):


  • Identify opportunities to upsell recruitment services to existing clients.
  • Support the sales team by contributing to client acquisition efforts.
  • Showcase the benefits of our recruitment solutions to potential clients.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in recruitment and customer support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
  • Sales acumen with a hint of enthusiasm for client acquisition.
  • Own transport is a _MUST_.
