Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in Housekeeping at a Supervisory Level
- Basic OPERA knowledge
- Have managed a group of at least 25 housekeepers
- Matric
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with managing a team of 25 Housekeepers
- Room Checks
- Maintain Hygiene and a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Room Allocations
- Manage stock
- Maintenance of public areas
- Liaise with suppliers
- Liaise with maintenance department on all maintenance issues
- Liaise with the Front Office department
- Rosters
- Administrative duties
