We're hiring Consumer Links are currently recruiting a Team Leader for a USA Customer Services Campaign. We're looking for an experienced Team Leader (who's happy to work USA hours) to be part of our journey to greatness.

Required experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years team leader experience
  • Ability to work US shifts (3:00 AM 15:00 PM; 7:00 AM 19:00 PM; 19:00 PM 7:00 AM) ( 4 days in, 3 days out)
  • Ability to manage/coach a team of up to 10 agents
  • Excellent motivational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to analyse and interrogate data and reports, on a CRM or Excel
  • Team oriented
  • Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe
  • Will be an ambitious, selfdriven, gogetter, who takes initiative and who is willing and able to run with their daily / monthly targets

Package and renumeration
Market Related, Will be discussed in the interview stage.


Ability to commute:


  • Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
