Career Overview

Your Goal:

Execute our content marketing strategy, which is based on content production, and assist us in managing our marketing strategies from beginning to end.

Our Content:
We produce 100% original, high-quality content the majority of our content is written by our founder. He has written six books on M&A and runs the number-one podcast in our industry - _M&A Talk_.


Your Team:
You will work with a small, cohesive, high-performing team responsible for creating content and marketing our business. This team includes our company owner, three editors, and our web and design team.


Key Responsibilities

Content Research: Research topics for creating new content.

Content Repurposing: Assist us in repurposing content into various formats and for various audiences.

Podcast Production & Marketing: Manage our podcast production and marketing processes, which includes identifying and inviting potential guests, coordinating production, repurposing the episodes into other content types, and marketing the podcast to increase reach.


Qualifications

Hours & Office

Hours:Minimum of 40 hours per week during European business hours and occasionally US Business Hours (EST).

Commitment: Must have _
no _other commitments that interfere with a full-time career.

Home Office:Home office with high-speed internet that supports VOIP, backup internet, and a high-quality noise-canceling USB headset.


Hard Skills

Experience: At least two years of content marketing experience is strongly preferred. Experience in marketing professional services or content is an advantage.

English Skills: Perfect written and spoken English skills.


Soft Skills

Proactive: Ability to work autonomously and with mínimal supervision

Flexible: Able to adapt to constant change.
