    A key role exists at our organization, Ntice Search Solutions, to provide expertise in HR systems management.

    Duties:

    Key responsibilities include the maintenance and operation of our HR system. This involves analyzing employee data to inform strategic decisions, identifying and resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional support to HR colleagues.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an HRIS Systems Specialist or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR systems and their optimization.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices.
    • Strong technical skills in HRIS functionalities, data structures, and system configurations.
    • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and other comparable systems.
