    Description
    Job Title: Finance Director
    Business Segment: Archived_01_Business & Commercial Clients
    Location: South Africa, Gauteng, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
    To lead the finance function for BCB Technology and develop strategies for successful execution.
    The role involves providing value-added support to business stakeholders, driving business change, and managing a high-performance culture.
    Liaise with external and internal audit teams to address financial control weaknesses and implement interventions.
    Nurture inter-team relationships to support agile ways of working across the organization.
    Partner with the Chief Information Officer to optimize returns through key business driver management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute finance strategies
    • Provide value-added support to business stakeholders
    • Drive business change and transformation
    • Manage a high-performance finance team
    • Liaise with external and internal audit teams
    • Nurture inter-team relationships
    • Partner with the Chief Information Officer

    Requirements

    Postgraduate degree in finance or related field

    At least 10 years' experience in financial services, including heading up a finance team and delivering MIS to business units

    Management accounting reporting experience and understanding of finance regulatory frameworks

    Broad understanding of a business environment and knowledge of financial analysis techniques
