Highveld; Centurion, a well-known e-learning, educational and skills training company, is seeking a highly experienced OHS Assessor/Moderator to join their team.

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry-related working experience in OHS facilitation, assessment and moderation
• Completion of a recognised facilitator/assessor and moderator training programme
• A good understanding of the TETA compliance landscape
• Valid accreditation and scope with TETA as an assessor/moderator
• High-level IT literacy, MS Office and MS Suites
• Gauteng based
• Driver's license and own transport essential
• Willing to travel extensively

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training sessions for relevant stakeholders
• Conduct internal assessments for unit standards listed
• Evaluate practices and record necessary amendments
• Administer and review progress on assessments
• Track and convey attendees' engagement to applicable stakeholders
• Conduct assessments and ensure assessments are valid and reliable
• Provide feedback and guidance to learners
• Work with moderators
• Adhere to assessment policies and regulations
