    Job Title: Director of Talent Acquisition And Business Development

    DJ&R Consulting (Nsse Holdings) is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Graphic Designer with expertise in web design and digital platforms.

    The ideal candidate will be proficient with Monday.com for task and project management, with familiarity with Everlytics and Microsoft 360 tools being a significant advantage.

    Responsibilities:

    Digital Asset Creation:

    • Design graphics for email campaigns and social media assets.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create visual assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

    Web & UI Design Support:

    • Assist in designing website layouts, wireframes, and UI components with a focus on user experience best practices.
    • Work closely with developers to ensure design concepts are accurately implemented into functional web pages.

    Brand & Visual Identity:

    • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual representation across digital channels.
    • Develop unique design concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with content writers, marketing teams, product managers, and developers to deliver cohesive projects.
    • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and managing revisions.

    Task & Project Management:

    • Use Monday.com to organize, track, and manage design tasks and project milestones.
    • Keep project boards updated to ensure the timely delivery of all design assets.

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Web Design, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in digital graphic design or a similar role (agency or in-house).

    Design Tools & Software:

    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and at least one prototyping tool (e.g., Figma).
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 360 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) for seamless collaboration and workflow support.
    • Understanding of web design best practices, responsive design principles, and user-centric design.
    • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a commitment to creating intuitive user interfaces.
