Join Our Team as a Senior Culture and Organizational Development Specialist

Are you passionate about fostering a vibrant and inclusive organizational culture? Do you have a knack for driving positive change and enhancing efficiency across all departments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Culture and Organizational Development Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development, improvement, and implementation of Exxaro's culture and organizational development strategies, frameworks, processes, and policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

B Degree (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Recommended/Desirable)

5 years Extensive knowledge of Organisational Development / Effectiveness and culture approaches, methodologies, employee development and capacity building and strategy development within a complex organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to:

Support in the planned development, improvement, and implementation of Exxaro's culture and organisational development strategies, frameworks, processes and policies to ensure they are implemented appropriately across the group.
Continuously make organizational improvements across all departments by evaluating and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
