Data and Business Insights Lead - Johannesburg, South Africa - Barrett's Recruitment /Workhouse
Description
Experience Required:
- At least 2+ years of experience in analytical and data driven environments.
- Strong handson knowledge of data mining / predictive modelling tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in driving results and coordinating activities to solve problems across multifunctional/diverse teams; and leading with high energy and a positive attitude.
Qualification/s Required:
- Minimum a Bachelors degree with any field with advanced quantitative focus, including but not limited to Psychometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.
Skills Required:
- Sound judgement in addressing commercial challenges.
- Strong analytical and data skills.
- Strong relationship building skills and an entrepreneurial approach that leverages further opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and excellent relationship building skills.
