Duties & Responsibilities - Ensure that all operational and administrative duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all administrative deliverables and customer requirements are meticulously planned, and all targets are met.
- Serve as a first point of contact for all customers and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Always representing the business in a professional way in a very fastpaced environment.
- Support the Compliance Manager, Directors, and Board with any Administrative tasks
- Support Scheduling and Bookings on key contracts
- Manage the timesheets/process the payroll to accounts
- Ensure cover is provided when other employees/colleagues are absent, so the customer service does not falter
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Proven previous experience in an Administration role
- Proven experience in Customer Services.
- Possess' excellent administrative skills, organising, planning, filing etc.
- Confident in working both independently and as part of a team
- Competent in working in a pressured environment and manage duties and responsibilities with a calm manor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Systematic and process orientated
- Competent using Microsoft packages
Qualifications/ Essential Experience:
- Matric with preference given to a related 3 year Degree or Diploma
- At least 4 years previous work experience in the Administration role
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office packages
- Additional Role Information:
- Own/reliable transport to be able to work extended hours in line with the client's hours. Depending on the season, approximately within the hours of 8:30am to 6:30pm
- The role is based in the office in Roodepoort.
