Leading accounting firm seeks 2 x dedicated sales/customer service consultants to join their team


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Selling subscriptions, events and courses to prospective customers
  • Handling objections
  • Sell, cross and upsell products to customers using the telephone as a medium,
  • Understand and assist with implementing the marketing strategy of the Employer,
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the products of the Employer:
  • Interact regularly with other departments to assure full understanding of sales process:
  • Accurately capture customer and potential customer detail;
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales process and share learnings with other agents and team leaders;
  • Formulate own learning needs and discuss these with the Executive Director;
  • Proactively seek out new ways of promoting the Employer's products:
  • Maintain record of calls made and the results of the call:
  • Provide daily reports on the targets achieved; and

Requirements:


  • Matric
Years Sales and Services experience

  • Short Term Insurance experience will be a HUGE advantage
