    Job Title: Area Manager - Property Investment

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our property investment efforts in Cape Town.

    About the Role

    • Leading a team of direct reports through recruitment, selection, development, management, and retention.
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to the success and growth of partnerships.
    • Cultivating relationships with key intermediaries and industry stakeholders to generate deal flow opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
    • Preparing and presenting detailed investment proposal reports for consideration by investment committees.
    • Participating in committee meetings to provide input and insights.
    • Oversight of the end-to-end property investment process, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and owner-occupied property acquisitions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree or equivalent.
    • 5+ years of experience in business investment, banking, sales, and marketing.

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Property investment-related degree or equivalent.
    • Solid experience in property investment/property finance structuring.
