Balancing and reconciliation of Debit Order/ Stop Order and Cash payments to Epsilon and Legacy
Control checks of the daily Debit order payments to Legacy (POL) and Epsilon source systems
Investigate and rectify payments on exception reports on POL and Epsilon platform
Cancel, skipping, back-dating and reinstating growth on a policy record
Identify and report applicable FICA transactions
Converting, checking and sending of Invoices or files to Stop Order institutions

Administration and Maintenance of institutions assigned
Log of incidents
Reconciliation between the different collection methods and POL system (legacy plans)
Reconciliation of control and recon accounts
Rectifying Legacy records
Assisting BA to investigate records
Compiling stats for management
Providing feedback to internal and external auditors
Performing Quality checks as required by the Business
Handling Bank disputes
Updating Postal book and institution details
What will make you successful in this role?

Qualifications:

Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accountancy will be advantageous
3 year degree/diploma will be advantageous

Knowledge and Skills:

Interpretation of POL and LID records
Legacy/Epsilon
Content manager
JIstel
MS Office
Outlook
Sentrix
Knowledge of SWIFT will be beneficial

Experience:

2 Years Policy Administration
2 Years Epsilon processes and rules
