• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
• Develop customized financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances and objectives.
• Provide expert advice on retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, insurance, and tax strategies.
• Monitor and review clients' financial plans and investment portfolios regularly, making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.
• Stay uptodate on market trends, economic developments, and changes in financial regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and ongoing support.
• Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Collaborate with other members of the Maptte team, including financial analysts and investment specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
• Proven experience working as a Financial Advisor or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, and financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial information and make sound recommendations.
• Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
