    The Job Requirements:

    • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects.
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
    • Develop full scale project plans.
    • Develop project status reports and overall project summaries.
    • Coordinate project staff.
    • Manage project budget and resource allocation.
    • Plan, schedule and track project timelines.
    • Monitor and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
    • Implement and manage project changes.
    • Evaluate projects and report findings, problems and solutions.
    • Communicate on projects.
    • Evaluate project postmortem-Lessons learned.

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    • Qualification:
      • Matric.
      • Relevant B Degree.
      • Qualification in Project Management (PMBOK, Prince II, Agile).
      • Proficient in project management software (MSProject).
      • Systems (System A, Brolink, CIMS)
    • Knowledge and Experience:
      • At least 5-7 years relevant work experience in project management.
      • Experience in working with in the Financial Services Industry is advantageous.

    Package & Remuneration:

    • Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
