Inventory Controller

Requirements:

Inventory/Warehouse related work: 2 years (preferred)
Computer: 2 years (preferred)
Matric
Good communication skills
Excellent stock management skills
Good analytical skills
Must be able to speak English
Organized and methodical way of working
Knowledge of stock management system (e.g. Dear Inventory preferred, but not necessary)

Responsibilities:

Receiving all stock physically in stock rooms and on system tracking and recording any discrepancies
Maintaining tidiness and accuracy of stock rooms at studio at all times
Processing stock requests from various outlets: Pulling stock and creating transfers.
Partial and full stock counts (weekly, monthly, annually)
Final checking of stock being received into stock rooms checking codes, names etc accurate.
Following up and completion of partially received orders.
Investigate and resolve inconsistencies with inventory
Suggest solutions for continuous improvements
Ensure consistent and regular housekeeping measures
Observe, maintain and exceed Health and Safety standards
