Description

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) is a leading financial services provider in the South African entry-level and emerging middle market. It aims to understand clients' unique requirements, offering simple and affordable solutions for funeral insurance, savings, life cover, and personal accident plans.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to optimal client experiences in SRM Branches by promptly receiving and referring clients, and support the Branch Manager with administrative duties.
Manage branch reception and client support.
Oversee general branch administration.

Success Factors:

Client service principles.
Knowledge of the Insurance landscape and/or products would be advantageous.
Office management system expertise.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric qualification.
1-2 years' experience in office coordination/clerical/administrative roles.
Experience within insurance branches is advantageous.
Client-facing experience in service environments is beneficial.

Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and office management systems.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Conflict management skills are advantageous (dealing with difficult clients).
Adaptable and open to learning.
