    Job Requirements

    Experience: 5 years of post-study work experience is required for this position.

    Education: A Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting degree or an Accounting Diploma, with exceptional marks in Accounting and Maths, are the minimum educational requirements.

    Proficiencies Required:

    1. Expertise in bank reconciliations is essential.
    2. The ability to prepare and send out customer age analyses is necessary.
    3. Collections from debtors must be efficiently managed.
    4. Finalising and processing supplier invoices require attention to detail.
    5. Accurate finalisation and processing of customer invoices are crucial.
    6. Preparation of weekly/monthly supplier payment files must be done timely.
    7. Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding invoicing and payment queries is a key responsibility.

    Multiples tasks need to be effectively managed and prioritised.

    Proficiency in Excel, particularly in preparing templates for importing, is mandatory.

    Some experience in using accounting software is expected.

    Knowledge of multi-currency management would be beneficial.
