Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve highquality coffee beverages, such as lattes, flat whites to customers
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, such as coffee machines, blenders and grinders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar, seating area, and waiter station
- Restock supplies and manage inventory levels
- Work as a team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Portion stock and supplies to ensure efficient use and minimize waste
- Follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and report customer complaints or concerns
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Must be available every weekend and always show up for work on time.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is preferable but not required
- Willingness to learn and improve is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be available to work early morning, and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or training preferred
Salary:
R25.42 per hour
