Job Description:


  • An experienced user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley Open Buildings who can model and produce drawings with limited supervision
  • Checks and coordinates project BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan
  • Checks the completeness & accuracy of your work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
  • Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase
  • Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, undertakes appropriate research, and develops documentation to support these solutions
  • Assist with the management and coordination of all incoming and outgoing model and drawing information.
  • Manages projects in BIM360
  • Organizes own and others work to achieve set deadlines
  • Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience of relevant Revit modelling
  • BIM Qualification / Diploma / bachelor's degree in civil / Structural Engineering
  • Understanding of the design process and interfaces between design disciplines


  • Computational skills

  • Dynamo / Grasshopper / Python
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, presentation software and working on projects in a BIM environment
  • Develops BIM content based on BIM modelling standards and as outlined in BEP
  • Knowledge of Industry BIM standards, processes, and general approaches
  • Knowledge to set up the configuration and administration of projects for respective discipline in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Technical knowledge of concrete, steelwork, and reinforcement 3D modelling
  • Ability to fulfil all the above duties and responsibilities
  • Good technical knowledge of practice line discipline
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
