    Job Title: Finance and Sales Professional

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance and Sales Professional to join our team at iMasFinance in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in finance and sales.

    Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum

    Job Description:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for processing personal loans and vehicle financing applications, analysing customer financial positions and recommending solutions, conducting customer affordability assessments, and generating leads and concluding sales deals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process personal loans and vehicle financing applications as well as other iMasFinance products
    • Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
    • Conduct customer affordability and assess repayment ability
    • Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, stakeholders and dealerships
    • Generate leads, convert leads, sell and conclude sales deals
    • Resolve complaints received and manage customer service experience and service delivery
    • Establish, retain and maintain relationships with existing members, customers, stakeholders and dealerships
    • Identify possible risks and communicate to relevant parties
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls and email queries from members, customers and stakeholders
    • Adhere to Credit Policies and other corporate policies and procedures
    • Implement actions to mitigate and prevent risk, fraud, and money laundering

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    To be considered for this role, you must have a Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related field. Additionally, you should have computer literacy in MS Office and a driver's license is advantageous.
