Responsibilities

• Manage the Field: You'll be responsible for managing our crews, ensuring that they have everything they need to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively. This includes maintaining equipment, managing employee schedules, and keeping track of job progress.
• Solve Problems: As a Team Lead, you'll be expected to handle any issues that arise on the job site, from staffing problems to customer complaints. Your goal will be to find solutions that meet the needs of both our customers and our employees.
• Develop Staff: You'll be responsible for training and developing our staff members, helping them to improve their skills and become better landscapers.
• Meet Expectations: Your performance will be measured based on a variety of factors, including attendance, budget management, return rates, crew retention, and customer retention.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in the landscaping or lawn service industry is essential for this role. You should have a solid understanding of the business side of things, including routing, quality control, and staff management.
• Certifications: If required, you'll need to obtain any necessary certifications and licenses within 6 months of starting the position.
• Driver's License: A clean driving history and experience driving a trailer are also necessary for this role.
