Stock and Inventory Coordinator - Somerset West, South Africa - Natural Vibrance

Description

• Order Management: Receive incoming orders, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation. Pick, pack, neatly box and dispatch orders correctly.
• Stock Labelling and Maintenance: Label and organize stock ensuring neat and clean stock and packing room.
• Restocking: Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves daily, maintaining our wellstocked and appealing lifestyle boutique.
• Inventory Control: Maintain our efficient inventory system and manage stock rotation.
• Garden Maintenance: Undertake various gardening tasks such as weekly lawn cutting, leaf sweeping, weed spraying, and gutter clearing, amongst other things to uphold the office's aesthetic appeal.

• Must have: At least a matric leaver certificate
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meticulously count stock and maintain records.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in inventory counts, labelling, and dispatching of stock.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to handle simple outdoor tasks like lawn care and basic garden maintenance.
• Initiative: Proactive attitude towards problemsolving and taking ownership of tasks.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues in a busy but friendly environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in inventory management a plus.
• Must be able: To accept responsibility for all tasks
