    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to oversee the implementation of Quality Assurance principles and standards throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring effective risk management and inter-dependency navigation.

    Your Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with BA, Development, QA, and Environment teams to optimize testing efficiency across the product delivery stack.
    • Lead and manage team dynamics, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
    • Utilize automation frameworks and pre-defined test tools to design, develop, and implement reusable automated test assets, guaranteeing solution quality and architecture integrity.
    • Maintain expertise in Front-End and API automation, as well as Performance Testing (NFT).
    • Familiarity with Selenium/Appium/Healenium, RestAssured, and JMeter is essential.

    Your Expertise

    • 8+ years of experience in a Lead role
    • Prioritize skills:
      • Selenium and Java
      • API: Rest Assured
      • Adept in Agile environment
      • Proficient in IntelliJ or Eclipse IDEs
      • Maven
      • Java
      • Cucumber
      • Jmeter – beneficial for Performance Testing

    Qualifications

    • Relevant IT/Testing qualification
    • ISTQB certification

    Additional Information

    • Contract Position: Initial 12 Months Contract
    • Location: Johannesburg (Sandton) – hybrid work arrangement
