    Job Title: Support Collateral Banking Book Function

    We are seeking a skilled professional to support the day-to-day operational management of systems in line with business processes. The successful candidate will drive and manage product development in consultation with the Head of Global Banking Book Collateral, ensuring timely delivery of product capabilities that meet client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the value chain to deliver product capabilities within client expectations
    • Support and guide Corporate and Investment Banking Teams through change and implementation

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Commerce or equivalent qualification
    • 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, process efficiencies, and effectiveness
    • Experience in identifying waste and duplication within a value chain and implementing medium to large-scale projects across a back office and front-line environment

    Competencies:

    • Articulating information and directing people
    • Examining information, exploring possibilities, and generating ideas
    • Managing tasks, meeting timescales, seizing opportunities, and taking action

    Technical Skills:

    • Business process improvement, continuous process improvement, process analysis, and redesign
    • Process governance and management
