    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in providing technical advice and support on certain allocated aspects of our systems.

    As a key member of our Client Support department, you will contribute to crafting the business plan and deliver quality services to stakeholders within adherence to agreed outputs and timelines.

    Your main responsibilities will include ensuring delivery of outputs that meet business requirements, following best practices, and adhering to industry standards and procedures.

    You will also be responsible for managing your own delivery against agreed delivery plans, identifying obstacles, and taking appropriate action where required.

    Furthermore, you will need to remain current on post trade services business operations and systems functions, through continuous learning and researching.

    In addition, you will provide specialist input on systems, identify potential improvements, and escalate suggestions for implementation.

    Finally, you will transfer knowledge and skills across the team through on-the-job training and ensure efficiency and productivity improvements by analysing internal processes and quality.

    The ideal candidate will have a degree in the financial industry, 3-5 years of client service experience in stock broking, and a good understanding of financial markets.

    The successful candidate will possess excellent knowledge of stockbroking operations, trading and post-trade operations, and technical knowledge of operating systems and front-end applications used in the financial markets.
