Scope & General Purpose of the Job
To efficiently manage the Catering Function of the Unit ensuring financial, quality and service parameters are met as per the commercial contract requirements


Responsible to:

Senior Catering Manager


Responsible for:

Kitchen staff


In communication with:

Project Manager, Area Manager, HR, Payroll and Finance Department


Education / Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Minimum Education / Qualification:

Food Services Management Diploma / or Equivalent

Minimum Level / Years of Experience:

5 years' experience in similar role/environment
