Manufacturing Production Manager at a boundary-bending

manufacturing firm in the Western Cape

As the ultimate Manufacturing Production Manager, you'll be the master planner, juggling workloads like a pro, and making sure the cost control is on point.

You'll be reviewing jobs and managing all the cool capital equipment.

Oh, and project management? You'll be all over that, delegating projects like a boss to our amazing Project Managers and Engineers.

Wait, there's more You'll be rocking the production workshop and their in-house fabrication wonderland. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling resources and keeping production and manufacturing facilities in tip-top shape. And, of course, you'll be the guardian of their expense budget while ensuring top-notch quality is maintained.

We're looking for a confident, pro-active manufacturing production management professional who knows their way around a fabrication workshop. You'll need 10+ years of experience in a similar setting, overseeing a team of 40+ artisans. A tertiary qualification in a technical field (mechanical or mechatronic engineering is absolutely essential. Computer literacy is also a must, so bring your MS Office and 2D/3D CAD skills along.
